Simon is a Chartered Accountant and was a Partner in PriceWaterHouseCoopers for over 20 years in the UK and overseas, managing offices in Africa and the UK for fifteen years of his time at the firm.
Since leaving PwC in 2000, Simon has acted as advisor to many companies in the UK and internationally.
He established a corporate finance boutique specialising in advising on acquisitions in the SME sector based in the UK. He is a serial investor, having invested in a number of privately held companies with operations in many countries and has also sat on a number of Boards in a wide variety of industries, government and charitable organisations.
Jon has spent over 20 years in Banking and Finance arranging funding to businesses, shareholders and management teams, predominately in M&A in the Mid-Market space in the UK.
He has a wealth of experience in raising debt and equity, funding and structuring acquisitions and other major shareholder events.
Jon will provide critical support to the board and assist with development of wider strategy and growth plan.

Robert practiced for 24 years at Shearman & Sterling LLP, including 17 years as a Partner, until his retirement in 2018. His practice focused on international capital markets financings and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. He was based in Paris and New York from 1994 to 2002, when he moved to Italy and became Managing Partner of the firm’s Rome office. He moved to Brazil in 2009 and took over as Managing Partner of the São Paulo office in 2010.
He holds a Law degree from King’s College London, a Maîtrise de droit from the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Masters in Law from the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert currently serves as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s LGBTI Law Committee.
